My right flipper is sitting lower then the left, what gets adjusted to change it's position?

man, that thing doesn't budge!

Can not get that too move at all.....what am I doing wrong?

I did manage to loosen and reposition, It was fine for a game or two but has again slipped lower then the left. Not tight enough?? Can't imagine getting it tighter but then again only using a standard allen wrench. Anyone know what size that is? Maybe I should buy a set of the t-handle wrenches as suggested...
