So I'm new to this forum and registered so maybe I can get some help with these horrible decals.
I have no idea how this happened, it was like this when I got the game.

Any ideas on how to get this fixed? I don't need it to be like new since the rest of the game is just good enough but I really don't want the decals to be this bubbly. Not all decals are like this just a few.

It actually don't seem to affect the game play much and it is not so visible when I play the game with the lights out in the room.

I am suspecting heat and maybe when the clear coat wasn't all cured, I think the insert decals with the bubbling are replaced. I have never seen anything like it before.

Will change some/most of the lights to LED. Usually do this to decrease the current draw from the power board. This game was 100% bulbs when I got it.

So should I just leave it or can I use thinner to loosen up the clear coat and try and lift the decals?
Or I could try to cut around the decal and peel it off?

I'll take some close up pictures soon, right now the game is packed up because I need to repaint the arcade room this weekend and put in a new carpet.

True those lights are not on much, but what could cause the bubbles? Could it be a chemical reaction of some sort?
When I touch the decal the bubbles feels hard and you can not push them down at all if that makes sence. It is like there is a clear coat over them.

I'll take a closer look when I set it up again after the weekend.

I'd love to get a new pf, unfortunately it is too far away
Luckily pinns in general are cheaper here in Sweden than in US but parts are not as avaliable
