I gave this a go on my Metallica premium. And wow, was I inconsistent. I mean, I knew there'd be a little variance, as I usually try to set everything up before going for big points. But these results were even more sporadic than anticipated:

Thanks. I watched Bowen's video yesterday and figured out more of the rules. I was putting up scores around 100 mil pretty consistently last night so I came into this little experiment pretty overconfident. Of course I end up with 6 of 10 games not even making into the first multiball.

My best scores on the most recent code have all resulted from patiently setting everything up. Hit the four main targets a ton and get everything ready for multiball. Then start coffin and try to stack into everything else. Get a ball into the snake whenever possible for double scoring. And then do crank it up once you are back to single ball.

Scoring in crank it up modes is so huge. I had a 50 mil shot into the scoop in one of those games and could have gambled for more, as there were around three minutes left on the clock.

This game is great. The only drawback I see is that it's resulting in a lot of dust piling up on my other machines...
