They have made some. As mentioned, Kooky Carnival was one, and Titanic and Monopoly are a couple others off the top of my head. Only they know why they aren’t currently doing any, but they have tried in the past....

No, it’s not a coin pusher. It’s a coin roll-down game. You just try to aim the coin towards different areas that are worth different amounts of tickets.
