The glass switch/coin door on Dr who only disables the mini pf motor. Not the coils.

Yes, but since Doctor Who was produced nearly the same time as Fish Tales in 1992, and the safety code was standard on production games of this title (with WARNING animation and sound), were production models on Doctor Who only using the micro switch near the playfield glass to disengage high power not an interlock?
