Check every fuse. Shiz happens, all of it can be fixed. The hardest part is isolating the issues. Factory reset is probably in order if you haven't done it already. Even unplugging the Rom and putting it back in can have a major effect, but be very careful with this because you can bend the legs super easy. Take your time. Going slow will catch errors before you make them.
