Just ordered a Queen machine, and that took care of inflation for me. Now I'm officially in a period of personal economic recession.

No. We're unhappy because they shot up 3 to 5 dollars a gallon in the last 18 months. But you don't drive a car so you don't care.

I'm not mad at you...I just think having an opinion about gas prices when it doesn't really affect you is kind of pointless. (And it does still actually affect you because diesel is still way high and that's a problem for shipping costs.)
And my suburban hellscape hasn't had a rape or murder in over 4 decades. Pretty hellish. 
EDIT: I take it back. A guy just shot his wife in the head last year, but there was nothing before that. And I blame the COVID lockdown for that one. I'm pretty sure a bunch of people wanted to kill their spouses during that time.
