What's the first thing you do to an Apollo 13
Is the shaker motor super aggressive if it goes for a few seconds?
On launch, it's a few light nudges. If it gets going, man, this thing makes an earthquake.

Does anyone know where I could find new labels for the lockdown receiver? If not, I was thinking about making some replacement “INSTALL 13 BALLS” labels.
I cleaned up my lockdown bar receiver and looked around. Titan made a Lexan cover with the images printed on them.

Just pick the Data East and "13 ball" option.
Just got mine back up and running. I got my rails, hinges, legs and lockdown bar powder coated and installed. I cleaned it up, replaced the cool white LEDs with warm white LEDs, put in a new power cord, and replaced the clear plastics. Just a few more things, and I'll be done.

When you get the ColorDMD, you get an extra tap that is perfect for white Brite Buttons. I have the ColorDMD Brite Buttons combo on all of my DMD machines.

Have any of you put in an LED OCD board? I have some serious ghosting with my LEDs and I figured I'd give it a shot. If so, any special settings you would recommend?

I popped in an LED OCD board into my A13 tonight. I didn't tweak the settings yet, but it got rid of all of the ghosting issues I had. It took about 20 minutes all in all. I had some serious ghosting, and it's all cleared up.
I made a short video of before and after. I don't sound like Gary Sinese or shoot like Ron Howard, but here it is.

100% make sure you have the shooter handle (or push on the price a lot!)
Make sure you see a 13 ball multiball. That is easy with glass off. Keep rolling up the ramp until you spell BLASTOFF and then up the rocket until it starts. The reason to test that is because the sensors in the 8 ball storage can be bad. Those are expensive.

Sure, it plays fine with the button. I just meant to caution against paying full market price without the handle, since they are so hard to find.
