I wouldn't be super excited by the theme. Having said that, it sounds kind of like Roller Coaster Tycoon. Based on the theme, you expect there to be some crazy ramps and wire forms.

That would be thematic, but I can't think of simple way of quickly loading balls back to the top. I mean it can be done, but I'm just not sure it's worth all the parts it would take to make that happen.
