Hi all.
How hot do bridge rectifiers get? I was screwing around with my williams high speed and noticed, felt actually, the intense heat coming off the rectifier on the power board. You literally cant keep a finger on it. The transistor get's warm/hot as well but the big heat sinc does a good job of dissipating the heat. The other bridges are cool. Am i making a mountain out if a mole hill or do i have a problem? The game works 100%.

Its a Williams High Speed. I installed a new 35amp 200 volt bridge. Game is completely stock. Power supply has been rebuilt with a kit from Great Plains.

I installed a 15000mfd cap instead of I believe the 18000 stock one. Could this be the culprit? I took the power supply out of another game and it runs hot but not nearly as hot as the one in question.
