This is my point, don't add to the problem. I'm probably alone in this thinking so I'm just going to drain this thread and spare you all of my complaining. Best of luck to your friend, she sounds amazing.

I've been telling people about Facebook's intrusive/evil analytics and lack of respect for their own privacy policies for years. No one in our house ever had an account, the rest of the world, not so much.

Honestly fellas the way I look at it she deserves our vote I know it has nothing to do with pinball but look on the bright side I wish we had more people like her in this world.

Events like this are put on to raise awareness for the non-profit(s) and the people doing the work. They WANT people doing exactly what the OP is doing here...get more people involved and increase awareness in subgroups (like Pinball or sports forums, or whatever) that otherwise wouldn’t think of something like this.

As I said, I don’t usually ask for help. I do however volunteer my time to many causes because it makes a difference in someone else’s life. Plus it really makes me feel good on the inside. Thanks to all that can keep this positive, to all that have voted THANK YOU!

I really try to appreciate that many points of view exist in our society. It is challenging for me to understand why someone would go out of their way to complain about the OPs request, criticize the actions, or down vote people supporting the cause.
