like B movies and crappy acting, sometimes it is so bad it is good... I think this is the least we can hope for in this pin.

Quoted from CrazyLevi:

“So bad it’s bad” is also a thing, unfortunately.

Certainly, in the topsy-turvy world of pinball, having a good solid piece of wood in your hand is often useful... so it won't be a total loss buying this!

I wonder if PinBrew would let this title slide into the tournament area for giggles?

Quoted from Chalkey:

"Politically incorrect" is about as charitable as you can get.

What keywords should I search to learn more about the head of homepin - totally missed out on this and like to make informed choices with what we buy.

Quoted from PopBumperPete:

Not using plywood

That's ply.

Pardon my fast and crude finger painting on my phone - you can see the layers - though there is a rather large mdf core.

They sell this kind of engineered product at HD.

Maybe 4 1mm plys top and bottom with 5mm core?

I was in but now I'm out - I could tolerate a $6500 chance at a turd... or I could free up a space for GZ premium or something.

Location play testing, would have been good to know these were production samples.

I was out before, I have one foot out the door now. The biggest issue is price, I do not see the value (either loaded bom or cost savings) here... which is expected with made in Taiwan.

punkin - some things written in response (most in fact) to some of your posts are quotes from the movie... not personal attacks on you.

Watch the movie. Fully develop your hate for the IP but then you can at least appreciate some of these "inside" jokes and see them as teasing versus attacking you personally.
