I think it is absurd at Homepin is getting upset about this issue being mentioned on Pinside. Get used to it or get out of the pinball business. Also, if you are going to advertise an email address for use when contacting your business, it is not a reasonable excuse to then be like "well China randomly filters out a bunch of email, especially if it's from gmail, so we probably didn't see your message". That's unprofessional.
