Quoted from mcbPalisade:

I recommend "Tie me kangaroo down, sport", was a big hit once

Youd be unwise to touch anything associated with Rolf Harris

Quoted from PopBumperPete:

Because Mike is allowed to break contracts (late delivery, features missing) and customers cannot (you could only request a refund within the first two years)

if an item is sold in Australia i believe it is subject to Aust consumer laws they shouldnt be able to withdraw refund options esp with the time delays involved

if i was on the preorder list still waiting id jump at the offer from Wayne

Quoted from PopBumperPete:

I was on the preorder list, and I did jump on Wayne's generous offer to ship our games last year
but Mike holds the games and would not release them to him

no the offer of legal action is what i meant

Quoted from Toads:

I had a long chat with my partner recently regarding the on going saga with Thunderbirds.
My partner has watched me deteriorate over it for quite some time now.
After receiving a threatening email from Homepin recently, I have decided not to post on forums for fear of Homepin taking further action if I do.
As my partner has watched me go down hill, and know how it's affecting myself, I've made the decision to walk away from anything to do with Thunderbirds.
I need to put this down to a bad experience and get on with my life, my health is more important.
I wish all you pre order guys the best of luck getting your games.
: Just a quick Edit gents, I won't post in threads involving Thunderbirds and Homepin, not the forums themselves.

extrodinary behavior clive palmer would be proud

i played this game today in Brisbane at Pincadia must have had an issue as at the start ball launch no matter what you hit you were awarded a free game

put 1 coin in the slot and left it with a credit on it better than the first version that i played im happy for the free play issue as i played 6 games but i wouldnt have payed for them otherwise very lacking in many areas b ut still a viable working game id hate to have bought 1 especially the preorder guys and had waited so long for this to eventuate but if homepin gets through this and produces another i sincerely hope he has better people on his team
