No idea what current pricing is on something like this, but Dance Dance Revolution Supernova is a great two player dance game for kids. You need a ton of space for it.

Shit you don't even need 2k for DDR. Buy a used CobaltFlux or two with the adapters for a PS2 and buy Supernova, Supernova 2, Extreme, Extreme 2, Max, Max 2....

DDR and Pump It Up are about the extent of your choices unless you want to get REALLY fruity and then maybe Para Para Paradise...but I'm not sure that's going to be under 10k lol. Extremely rare in the US except maybe on the west coast.
