Who needs a warranty with Stern. Their products never break under warranty anyway! Pinball On!
I put aftermarket bulbs in my cars headlights and a year later a harness burned up, they didnt want to cover either.
I get the lawyering-up in theory, but realistically, how would Stern know if a (removable) mod was the culprit for any issues?

Doesn't say it will void warranty.....

If the game smells like bubble gum and has remnants of pink glitter, Stern will know a Pinsider owned it.

Did someone really make a pink batman? I hope that is Photoshoped or something and not a real toy.

Yes what a tragedy that would be if true.

You can buy them one at a time or as a complete set at your local comic shop. It's like $75 for the set.
The pink outsells all the others 3 to 1 as a single.

...and as most of you know, Thor has transgendered into a woman.

As..uh..interesting..as that is, I was thinking more along the lines of an after-market shaker motor or speaker light kit!

All Stern has to do is put some surface mount fuses on those circuit boards.
When your mods draw too much current, they will know you have been taxing the circuit beyond it's intended design.

It doesn't matter. Any manufacturer can usually void a limited warranty if unauthorized use or modification can be proven to have caused a damage or defect. I'd bet that if you modify something even if doesn't have this specific statement and then try to get warranty coverage, good luck...better hire a lawyer.
That owners manual statement I posted is not a warranty document, either, it's just a safety warnng in the manual
