There are some available from "sideshow toys" and "amok time" If you ever go to a comic show you can pretty much guarantee some will be there.
The Anime looking one is 9" tall and $124
The one with her holding the bat is 17" tall and $275
The one that looks the most like her from amok time is 7" tall and is $17.99
I also found the same one originally posted but in black instead of white. There were 300 or so of them made, someone repainted that one white, WHY? Here are some pics.

1)That is one expensive asking price and the shipping charge seems excessive.
2)NimblePin,She does still have-- it,With your encouragement (photo),I found that her new Movie Macabre is on my Comcast cable at 2 AM,so I DVR'd it to watch later.
