pinballsp a high detailed model that would match similar detail and quantity of your current video is no small feat by any measure. It would need to be modeled, character rigging, skin weighting, and texturing. BUT... once you have a solid model you can then use it for numerous custom animations.

flugs if your comfortable wiring in an additional power supply there is no reason why this mod should not work.

I was not suggesting using the service outlet and I agree with you pinballsp I have wired in many in the past that leverage the switch thermister and fuse so it’s switched

I think all this work is really amazing. The detailed animations, the recreation of all the illustrative artwork, this is no small feat. However, I am wondering if having the screen be so animated at some many points in a given game could be overwhelming?

The anticipation is killing me haha. why not roll out the hardware, then allow customers to buy additional videos?

It seems this mod was constructed in a manner that makes it easy to add more content, which would fit nicely into a DLC type model? Thus why not get the hardware on some games and make sure it works in the wild? Just a thought.

yep, you all are correct, every time you get a letter in FILM the Creech is supposed to briefly pop. not sure about all the mashing of animations during MB, maybe that is a time when the animations should be limited?

Honestly As much as I want this mod, and have been waiting since day one for it... it will end up costing about 780 USD. I am also very unsure and a little concerned about the support. That being I think I am going to pass and hope the MikeD v2 will be ready soon.

Thanks for the heads up @pinballsp, and kudos to you for being so prompt with product support. if someone received a damaged or broken mount, one must remove that ribbon cable to replace the mount? What is your suggestion on that?

yep @russdx, sounds correct! I had to remove my ribbon as my mount was cracked, the ribbon connector "flat flex connector" broke... which I have never experienced in my time working with electronics. But pinballsp has sent me out replacements, as I could not find one.. Technically anything to put pressure on the connector traces work... but I was weary of using anything other than the proper flex connector.
