I'm a proud former owner of both.
DI was substantially better, and way more fun to play. However, it became monotonous in time. It's weakness was the crappy amateur callouts and pre-school animations. Theme didn't bother me and it really shot smoothly.
TH was horrible in every way except video integration. The open layout was no good. I HATED that game and sold it at a loss just to get it out of my house.
