The next redesign of the hobbit they should remove the third flipper. I know this has been brought up a bunch in the past and after viewing the latest video it is starting to bother me even more! Whats the point of the third flipper???

At Expo the drops seemed to be so loud even with the glass on it was distracting.

They are forced to make some kind of rule for it otherwise I personally would disable it if I had the choice.

I doubt they designed the third flipper originally to light the kickback!

I am sure GOT will have a better layout than hobbit. Also will most likely have a 3rd flipper with an actual target made for the 3rd flipper.

I am assuming it will. Never mentioned that I saw a playfield design. I personally do not like the design of the hobbit. I am a Steve Ritchie fan so that is why I'm assuming that I'm going to like the layout better.

Hobbit blows away artwork of GOT no question. GOT layout looks more fun to play IMO when looking at them side by side.

I got to play the game on location last week. The game did feel slow. I played 3 games on it and got bored. I am just not a fan of the layout. Though i did play the game with headphones and the sound was great. I would like to see stern install headphones jacks on new games.
