Quoted from beelzeboob:Absolutely. Not a doubt in my mind at all. It's the better looking machine IMHO. Bring on the thumbs-downers!
I just requested a switch back to my original Hobbit LE order from my previously requested switch to the Smaug Gold SE. After seeing all the artwork revisions I feel that the Hobbit LE version with the new play field revisions best reflect the overall theme of the Hobbit trilogy.
Make your own call but I had one installed on my WOZECLE and after many plays decided to have one installed on my Hobbit LE. No chipping or wear anywhere on the play field or around any kick out holes. The play field beneath is as good as new and protected will remain that way for years.
I ordered my LE 8/13...paid in full 9/14...emailed Katie last Friday and she responded they were awaiting a shipment of some 'toys' that were expected in sometime this week so they could continue production. Was told by Jen to expect my pin to be ready sometime towards end of September. So I wait...
I ordered mine directly from JJP 8/2/13. Delivery should be soon if they're shipping 6/13 ordered games now.
I keep telling myself that the advantage of pre-ordering....lower price...getting a late version with most if not all of the bugs worked out and latest code makes the wait worth it.
Hell...I was still in my 50's when I ordered this pin!
