    New Hobbit.

Start switch #25 has continual error when re-booting. It always goes away after depressing the switch, but triggers a "closed" error on boot. The switch operates as it should all during play.

It is really a mickey mouse design. I pulled the physical switch (with wires attached) out of the plastic switch housing and it seems to work mechanically fine. It then "snaps" into the housing and triggers from the start button ok. Any ideas?

Disconnect the wires from the switch. If you still get the error with them disconnected you've ruled out the switch as the source of the problem.

Wire is on the wrong lug on the switch. Should be on the top and bottom tabs com and n/o

Pinballo.. Do you have a pic of the proper schematic? 4 wires go to the switch.

It's wired wrong. Move the Black wire to the terminal that is not being used in the photo.
