Hi

My dragon stopped moving but game still plays. I get the following error message. Is there anything I can check?

Only a couple connectors under there. Be sure they are plugged in. Make sure nothing above the playfield around him is binding him. If all good I'd suspect the motor. You could check power to that.

I was able to manually move the head with some resistance. I put the game in test mode and mouth worked but no back and forth movement. I could hear and feel some noise from the motor.

Not sure what to check next.
