Quoted from Jeekayjay:

Anyone have the Lo-down on how to adjust a lockdown bar do it latch properly?

Two screws on top of the lockdown bar receiver. Turn them in and the lever that slides back and forth lowers, turn them up and that lever raises.

If in doubt, take off glass, lift playfield up and lean back. Put the lockdown bar on, and look at the mechanism to see if you need to go higher or lower.

Quoted from John1210:

My goblin character mech is not dropping properly after being hit. Any ideas? He just inches his way back into place mainly from vibration.

Check it front, back, left, right. It is binding on something. You can loosen the screws holding the whole assembly to the playfield and line it up better.

Quoted from Gritty:

Anyone having a problem with the left outlane pop up post not activating? I can't even get it to engage during coil self test.

Check it and the area around it for broken wire, loose connector, loose wire in a connector.

Quoted from Rarehero:

or is it merely a matter of dialing in the flipper strength?

I'd start there.

and then delta update forward to 1.30 or 1.31.

1.90 is the current delta update on their site under downloads.

Quoted from wolv3:

Sling arm is hitting the playfield.

Remove coil and spring. Slip an 8/32ds lock nut in the bottom of the coil. Put it back on. Correct spacing so no playfield damage. And easier than moving the kicker bracket back.

Shooter lane switch stuck down, or dragging on the sides of the hole in the playfield it travels through, or not staying closed when a ball is sitting on it.

Quoted from RedLeaderFive:

Attached are pics of the switch and it does lean a little to the outside

Quoted from LTG:

dragging on the sides of the hole in the playfield it travels through

Fix it. Easy to bend, straighten it, so it's centered in the hole.

Quoted from Nappis:

I noticed same thing with left sling today...

Remove the coil, stick an 8/32nds locknut in the bottom of the coil. ( or a similar size nut ) And reassemble. That will shorten the plunger stroke enough and easier than moving the kicker arm bracket.

Quoted from Nappis:

Hmmm.... I put a flat washer bottom of the coil so it wouldn't shorten the strike some much.

Washer won't work, nut will.

Quoted from Nappis:

will cut the strike distance quite a lot?

No.

Quoted from Nappis:

How much I have to raise the left slings value that it have quite same strength that right one?

You shouldn't have to change it. A kick is a kick.

Quoted from Phbooms:

quick question. so when the updates that were released so far are loaded on the machine did any of them erase the play count?

You can before any update, go to Utilities - Settings back up, put that on a USB stick, install the update, then go back to Utilities and do Settings Restore.

Then all your old settings will be there. Just in case.

Quoted from Spencer:

Any thoughts before I open a ticket?

Look it over. Anything else not working ? Check fuse for it. Broken wire at coil, or along the way to next coil ? Shooter lane switch working ?

Quoted from wolv3:

Any ideas on what to look for?

Check if the pawl slipped on the flipper shaft. Loosen it, realign it. Tighten it real good.

Quoted from Wickerman2:

You'll have to measure it

2 3/16 flipper coil sleeve.

Quoted from Hammerhead:

Dry lube? Like powdered graphite?

That might conduct electricity. I wouldn't use that in a game. If it gets into other stuff, you might have weird phantom problems going on.

LTG : )
Disclaimer : Learned this from EM days many years ago when my Father's arcade had a .22 caliber rifle range. Bullets were graphite tipped. Turned to dust on impact. And go into the games.
