This is the servo you need. Cheap and simple to find. I had to replace it in my machine as well.

My Smaug stopped talking due to a malfunction of the servo. Did you try to replace the servo? It is a comparatively cheap part. Worked fine for me.

Maybe a 3D print is an alternative for you. The book stand is simple to model. You can keep the original book.
May look better if using wood filament.
