What are some of the most satisfying shots or scoring in the Hobbit?

So picked up a Black Arrow yesterday, woo!!

The washer and c clip around the shooter is hitting the auto shooter housing. Any suggestions on the best way to adjust this?

So been playing my Hobbit for a week now. The outlanes are on the hardest setting and the center post is removed.

I have it on medium difficulty and still feel like I'm not even close to killing smaug. Certainly not disappointed that the game is too easy cause it's.. not! At least not with these settings.

Ok so I've put maybe 100 games on my Hobbit so far. Going to give a few early impressions and seeking feedback.

One of the biggest draws for me to enjoy a game long term is scoring. I can't quite wrap my head around Hobbit scoring just yet. On medium difficulty, no center post and difficult outlanes - a fair game for me is around 300k. I'm not sure how to blow up this game except for linear progression through smaug multiballs and a wizard mode. At any point I don't feel like there is an opportunity for any mind blowing scoring shot.

What does super x do? I don't seem to have much control over that.

Help me understand.

Quoted from delt31:

The mode just feels like it's being wasted. I'm shooting SMB and I'm now getting call outs for a mode I'm paying no attention to? It just seems like overkill. I want to be enjoy everything that's going on as opposed to just rushing through just for the sake of progessing.

Even worse is when gandalf counts down 3,2,1 time's up. Confusing for sure.

One shot away from killing smaug. I finally appreciate the side flipper.

list of right flipper shots/uses for someone that uses it all the time? I would love to skim and see what I might be missing......

I think_ you can technically make any of the side flipper shots with your right flipper if you wanted to. There is a grace period for shots like the thorin kickback relight and the smaug kill shot.

Smaug kill shot really fits the theme and the novelty of the wind lance setup for a one-time side flipper shot is pretty unique. But it's not like the games unplayable without it.

A bug report on V2.97: after killing Smaug the background music continues.

I noticed as well my first smaug kill

Can someone provide me where I can find how to add a sub woofer to a Hobbit

Just added one to mine and all it didn't have much effect since the existing woofer is so good. For what worth..
