My left VUK more often than not takes two and sometimes three attempts to successfully kick the ball up through the wire form. On failed attempts it will kick up about halfway then fall back below playfield. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

Thanks, I’ll try that. I just assumed it wasn’t a power issue because it does eventually push it back onto playfield. Thought it might be some sort of alignment issue. Will try raising power first and see what happens.

I had my black arrow running in attract mode for about an hour when I smelled something burning. Immediately turned game off but can’t find anything that looks black or melted. Has anyone seen this before with TH? Thanks

The coils look good. The only thing that looks off to me is the component in the pic attached. It looks like a part of the plastic is melted, but not sure. As bad as it smelled I expected to find something burnt to a crisp.

The smell was so bad I figure something has to be wrong with it.

I just updated to 3.1 and now Smaug’s mouth doesn’t open. I saw a previous post where adjusting settings in test menu got it going again...unfortunately that didn’t work for me. Any other known solutions? Thanks
