Quoted from SilverBallz:Looks like these games are being put up for sale faster than jjp can pump them out.
And how long have you owned your TH?

Im trying to identify as just a simple human being. Tough to do these days, Im going to need a special ribbon to wear proudly....
Quoted from zsciaeount:It's fun at first but the gameplay thins out after a while. Each update makes it a bit better. That upper flipper is mostly worthless, and I don't like how most inlane returns cause a troll to pop up right in front of the next natural shot.
My main source of discontent is the build quality. I had one of the very first Smaug Gold SEs for home use, and it was damaged prior to arrival, and a mech was completely broken upon arrival. Since then, I've had several issues with it after only a few dozen plays: switches have gone dead and Smaug stopped moving.
Not happy at all...
You say:
"I had one of the very first Smaug Gold SEs for home use, and it was damaged prior to arrival, and a mech was completely broken upon arrival"
This looks like shipping damage, "not build quality", the game should have been insured during shipment, did you get it replaced/repaired?
Have you contacted JJP support? They are the best in the business.
With support your game can be flawless, JJP will help you to make your game the best it can be.
Please call JJP directly or at the very least PM LLoyd
Others who have had initial problems have had them all "ironed out" with support.
The vast majority of owners who have experience with many games from different manufacturers agree that the build quality of the JJP games is on par with the very best or superior in all aspects.
Everyone here, and in the "owners forums", and at JJP wants you to really enjoy your experience.
