On my The Hobbit LE, the feature RGB LEDs have stopped working. I've heard that the mini-USB port on the B.A.G. Controller PCB is a common source of errors. I've tried replacing the USB cable (A to mini B), without success.
The fuse indicator LEDs on the B.A.G. controller and RGB LED controller PCBs are all green. Smaug also doesn't talk, so I assume the problem is with the B.A.G. controller communication with the PC.
Is there anything else I can try before replacing the whole B.A.G. board? If I do need to replace it, how is the best way to go about ordering it? I could not find it on the replacement parts list on the Jersey Jack website support page.
