I've searched and found a few posts about the kickback feeding the upper right flipper, the kickback strength in settings etc. Most of the time mine goes into Radagast hole, which makes killing Smaug and other modes near impossible. I've adjusted the strength setting in coil settings down to its lowest and up to it maximum and various in-between and it seems to make very little (or no) difference? (I'm on v3.10). Any recommendations? Do I try and adjust the machines incline to see if that helps? Is there anything you can do mechanically at the kickback coil to tweak this? BTW the mode which allows you to set the power from an on-screen bar and middle button works fine.

Some people have bent the exit guide metal. Personally I would try and change the pitch a little or adjust the switch that triggers the kickback coil to make it more (or less) sensitive. Just a little goes a long way...

Thanks I'll try adjusting the pitch first.

Yay - Adjusting the exit guide worked a treat.. didn't need to bend it too much and its actually more inline with the contour of the plastic above.
