I'm sure WB has provided whatever artwork is available to Jack in order to make the game. It may not be public knowledge yet but I can't see how they'd sell Jack the license & not give him advance info.
Actually WOZ turned into something much nicer than what Jack had originally anticipated. I think JJP is actually in the red on WOZ after all the extras that they put into it. If they had stuck to the original design then we all would've had our machines for months already. I really believe that they went over-budget on WOZ & have learned from that mistake hence the extra cost of The Hobbit.
