It seems ridiculous he sold the game over this. Your friend would have been pissed with a lot of games I guess. Anyway, you should have called the distributor or JJP rather than e-mail. It is well-known that e-mail is not very successful with getting results with certain manufacturers unless you contact somebody directly like LTG.
