I have the line on a High Speed, with a somewhat worn playfield (not too bad but definetley some wear) and a fuse blowing problem, $450 and a 2 hour drive..
I normally can make up my own mind on these issues but what do you guys think, go for it or pass?
That's not a bad price. A good/great one goes for double that. Here is one near me for sale for $1000.

I would tell him the blown fuse problem means the circuit board is blown and you will need to replace it and try and knock off the price by $75 bucks or so to get a new one. They don't need to know you can repair it for less than $10.
Thats a really good price. They go for at least 700 or more with known problems as-is around here. If sealclubber is right about the cheap repair costs, then 450 is a steal for that pin (knock off a few bucks). Make off with it like the outlaw in High Speed.
yep, go for it. The local retailer here wants 3295 for one in the showroom and it has some wear on the playfield!!!
I like the game and would definately buy one! I hate cops and would outrun them any chance I could get, even though its only pinball. How does that NWA song go? 
It's a pretty damn cool game for 1986.
