Remove the board and take a good pic of the back side.
I can't bring myself to take it off again, I had already figured a way to get the game to work and I'm afraid if I take it off it won't work again

It will just break again at a very bad time say as during your pinball party. A lose or poor connection is an easy fix.
Anybody want to take a shot at figuring this out? I can't seem to figure it out but that's not saying much. I was working on fixing one of the bumper lights and got it soldered correctly I thought. After about 3 days a 8 amp fuse on the bottom kept popping and the display won't turn on. So after popping 20 or more fuses I narrowed it down to this one red wire? I pointed a red arrow to the fuse that keeps popping and the red line to where the wire was removed from. But even after disconnected still no display. But at least it's not popping any fuses lol. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

That fuse popping means that the bridge rectifier under this board is bad or the is a short on the output of the bridge rectifier. To test where the problem is, disconnect the black wire from the 5 pin connector. Reinstall the red wire back into the connector and then turn on the power, does the fuse blow now? Now for the displays did you check the fuse for the displays on the power supply? Its the top fuse.
"does the fuse blow now? Now for the displays did you check the fuse for the displays on the power supply? Its the top fuse."
So I disconnected the black cable from the 5 pin and reconnected the red cable next to the other and it blew when I powered it on. Under the fuse that keeps blowing it says solenoids is it possible I have a bad solenoid or a solenoid mis-wired?

The bridge rectifier is shorted on the back of the board. Here is a pic of the correct bridge rectifier you will need to fix the board.

The top fuse on this board powers the displays. Check and see if it is bad.
