Hoping someone can point me in the right direction. The supercharger flashers are not working. The 5 amp slo blo fuse is melting like butter so i assume i have a short? Bulbs are good, checked for obvious signs of a short in the supercharger assembly and traced the wires to the board (up to J125/26 i think it is. All looks good. Where should i look from here ? So frustrating !!!

You may want to look at some of your backboard transistors. I had an entire bank of flashers on a T3 die. After spending the majority of my time checking bulbs, wiring, continuity, it wasn't until I snapped a pic of my backboard to noticed that one of my transistors was discolored and barely cracked. Turned out to be the culprit.

According to the manual, the super charger flashers go back to transistor Q40 on the backboard. Locate that and do some testing. Transistors are not too difficult to replace. The part is cheap(just a regular TP-102, I believe). Only recommendation is that if you do replace it, snip the legs off as opposed to trying to desolder all three legs.

General Region of Q40(you will have to remove your speaker panel to get a clear view of it)

Thanks elfman. I did just realize that its all my flashers. They are all on the same fuse. What and how exactly do i test for a bad transistor. I do have an dmm but not real schooled on using it yet.

Oh, and would a bad transistor cause the fuse to instantly blow ?

I'll refresh the topic.
I have a problem with flashers, I wanted to change to LEDs and they have not worked since then. The fuse is ok, the transitions are there, the electromagnets are working, just not the supercharger lighting.
only LED1 lights up on the "Supercharger Driver Board"
