i have a high speed system 11 and my sound effects do not work....but my background sound works no problem ive replaced just about every ic that have anything to do with my sound ive replaced my sound roms (u21, u22) i did not replace any capacitors but i pulled them off and did a uf check on them with my meter and seem fine....if anyone has any ideas that would be great
