I am in a similar boat, board boots to zero and does not go into attract mode. I have no display either but after adjusting the adjust buttons blindly, i got it to go into attract mode, take credits, and play. First sys 11 so I am eager to see the solutions presented in this thread. Only difference is i bought the game knowing the displays did not work.
