I will do what you suggested and get back I do have a logic probe but I'm not experienced with it

They are all pulsing except 12
I don't really know what I'm doing... but I checked for continuity from the pin you suggested on U51 to src9 pin three and have continuity?

Any ideas? I would like to repair this missing segment. Other pic shows all working good.. not long ago.
