Just picked up a HS today! In pretty good shape too! I see the police car mod on all the regular sites but where can I find the cool red sports car mod? Or is that just a hot wheele's car people throw on there?

Im having an issue where my ramp diverters are firring randomly. Usally when I hit pop bumpers. What controls the ramp diverters? And what is the best coarce of action to get this sorted out? Although it doesn't affect game play it is rather annoying. HS FOR LIFE!

Makes sence. I've never had to take the ramp off yet, and here I was looking for leaf switches for it under the pf......dumb. Are you the guy who makes a clear ramp for HS? Would love to put one in my HS.

Has anybody bought and installed the padded trafic lights for HS being sold on eBay? How are they? Can I get a realistic pic of them on your PF so I can see how bright they really are?

I'm gona order them tomorrow I'll let you know. The ball does have a tendency to bounce pretty hard off the front and left target banks.

Does anyone have a stright awncer on what bugs the L4 rom chips fix?

Well the decals came in today from eBay. They are well coushined. They are not as bright as I had hoped but still an improvement over original targets. The ball does still have a tendency to "jump" but not quite as much. Overall a good product at a decent price. He threw in an extra light for each (ryg) *use a razor blade as recomended* I wasted one of my green decals by trying by hand.

Hey guys wondering if I can get a hand here? I just did a flipper rebuild on my HS! By the time I got to the last flipper I had a pretty healthy buzz. Pretty sure I hooked her up wrong. Can anyone verify if this is correct? It reads fine in test mode and plays fine but coil is burning hot after half a game. My other coils are reading at close to 4 while the suspect coil is reading 86 lol. What wire did I fuck up?

Does that mean the lug on the right is wired wrong and one of the two green wires (that both go to the eos) should be on the left lug? Can you take a pic of your configuration?

There we go! Got her all patched up. Playing like a champ again. Maybe next time I will wait to start drinking untill repairs are done.........or take a pic first......or.....no none of that will happen.

Anybody ever have intermittent problems with there displays? Sometimes they will work perfect for weeks sometimes my 1st and 4th player are out sometimes my top line is out on second player sometimes there all out for a minute or two.

Everything is in spec. It's only player 1 and 4 that are out. They were working fine yesterday. I've reseated everything but no go. I'll get a better look tonight.

I put in an old alphanumeric display I had laying around for kicks into P1. Of corce it worked. It has the top segment across out. I'll reflow tonight and see if I can get it back. What could cause P1 and 4 to go at the exact same time? Anybody have a spare p3 or 4 display laying around they want to sell?
