weird issue, is there a way to turn the volume up on voice sounds mine seem really quiet compared to background music?

Quick question: I have a problem with the diverter at the top of the loop. What triggers that diverter to open and close? Mine seems to be working off/on right now.

What I would suggest it to take the whole assembly (so you will have good alignment) to a good welder and have him weld that bracket back on the shaft. Don't know what to tell you about the screw, unless that was some sort of band-aid.
Okay thanks for the advice, I’ve got a welder I know who can do it. I’ve had him weld a few things in the past for me..
