Has that stencil been on there for a year?

Quoted from jhend1000:Unfortunately, the answer is yes. I have recently learned how that's not ideal.
I'm a total newb to the whole painting thing. This High Speed cabinet was trashed enough that I felt I could sacrifice it for my first repaint.
Yeah that is unfortunate, at this point that run in the paint might be the least of your problems. Sand the run out and repaint, then you will have to try to remove that stencil. Maybe you’ll be lucky and it will come off alright, but after being on for so long that stencil will likely rip off paint and/or leave a bunch of glue residue.
