My son made this for me about 5 years ago. It uses a Raspberry Pi, 2 RGB dot matrix panels and wifi receiver. He wrote the custom software that I can access on my phone. It has space for 50 different messages. I can change the text and change the color of the text and then save it. The message scrolls right to left and then loops back to the beginning. He's way smarter than I am.
