How often are you following up? I would be calling and emailing daily at this point. No reply is not acceptable, either state they are doing nothing or step up and correct the issue.

Sent Chas at Stern pics and video waiting to hear back as they haven't seen this issue before they said. It makes the game unplayable and has become a $12000 paper weight.
Seriously considering returning it and eating the 15% restocking fee.
I think there is a subway fix in the Ghostbusters fix/issues thread. Sorry can not link as I am in my phone

So they are giving everyone in the program a new PF with all new parts? Truthfully I doubt it, the cost would be exuberant. If anything they will use the parts from the previous swap on the next playfield and continue down the line with each exchange. Personally I would rather just have my PF parts swapped over instead of having another owners parts on my new PF.

"It is the same process that Williams and us have used for 30 years, nothing changed"...BS something must have changed for this to be happening all of a sudden in such a large quantity. Thankfully mine is still perfect, but really sucks for all those that aren't as fortunate.

Some others noticed this too. My guess is that the Pro was Churchill and the the Premium was FUN, but purely speculation.
