Having a limited edition of 1500 machine does not mean that their numbers go from 1 to 1500, they don't have to be consecutive and they obviously are not.

That being said, having 2 1939 can sound disturbing. Have you reached out to the seller of the other 1939 and asked him how he got it. It clearly is a special request number, the question is did he do the same as you and asked JJP to get it ? Did he go through a distributor ?

Could it be possible that JJP has nothing to do with this confusion, and that someone made a copy of the sticker or edited the number ?

There is no other "certificate" provided by JJP beside that sticker (or at least I didn't get any with my 75RR), so there is more plausible explanation than simply being JJP mistake.

Quoted from Yelobird:

My guess is he was referring to the Other 1939 game listed which does not have the “sticker” on the game rather on a piece of paper with the game. Note i am Not saying either is fake just guessing what he meant was possibly in question.

My sticker, and I would assume everyone's else, didn't come on the game but as a sticker on a piece of paper with the bag of goodies. I didn't put mine on the apron, I don't think it adds much visually, so it's still in the bag.

Quoted from stpcore:

My name is Ken Cromwell and I'm the Communication Specialist for Jersey Jack Pinball. This situation was recently brought to my attention and I wanted to address it in an effort to clear up any confusion. I do apologize for any confusion as there was absolutely an error with two 1939 decals being generated for two different machines.
Wizard of Oz Ruby Red edition is limited to 1500 games. After doing some research it turns out that the OP had requested 1939 and that number was given assigned to his machine. That should have prevented an additional 1939 number request from being accepted. The seller of the WOZRR that is currently listed did NOT request a number for his machine but a 1939 decal was generated and shipped by mistake. I've contacted the seller of this machine to update him with the correct number of his machine that we have on file (it is not 1939). This was an error on our end as we would not have ever duplicated a number intentionally.
Again, our apologies for the error and for any confusion this may have caused. I would encourage everyone to reach out to us directly (with any problems, concerns, or feedback) as we have a very open line of communication. It would allow us the opportunity to serve you to the best of our ability.

And once again I am so happy to be a JJP customer ! Thank you for jumping in this thread and for bringing clarity to the misunderstanding.
