I finally got this thing fully operational, including a pesky drop target coil. It fried a few things on the Power Driver board at some point, and the operator I got it from put in the wrong type of coil, which blew the TIP 102 after I had already replaced it.
A little advise from a fellow pinsider, another TIP 102 and a new coil (sans diode), and the machine is playing great. Cabinet is not too faded and the playfield is really nice with no damage from the upper diverters.
