I take PayPal payments when selling items. However, I don’t mess with PayPal for anything over $500 with F+F. It’s not impossible for it to come back but it is unlikely. Multiples of a thousand and it’s cash only to me.

I don’t care either way. It can vanish and I would just go to taking credit cards only for items 500 and less.
Quoted from arcademojo:Would be in the same boat. Just sold a pin to a buyer (I've dealt with before) that had to use PP F&F. Now I have a large some of PP and no cash.
If you just get a PayPal business debit card (free), you only have to pay any ATM fee (usually $5 or less) to get $. Only negative (typically) is that there is a $1000 single transaction limit. I’ve done this many many times and find it to be the easiest way to get cash from PayPal without using a bank account.
