You're also forgetting options like Bryan Kelly or Keller. I think Chad Keller still does restorations anyways. All are nice products. All are well done. And can be tailored to your preferences. Example: do you like chrome, or don't you like chrome? Do you like LEDs, or don't you like LEDs, etc.
There are differences between the products of all these restorers, and more. And I believe they all have pretty extensive wait times. Demand > Supply.
