Mirco should be thankful that you didn’t post the video of the playfield he sent you in THIS thread and instead only posted it in the Mirco warning thread. I mean, posting it here would be much more detrimental to his business as it would be much more bad exposure for him. But then again, if he doesn’t remedy the situation and seems to think his business practices are OK, well I guess he’s just hurting himself even more isn’t he? Mirco should probably realize that HEP is THE authority on supplier quality…

What a great video. Just loving the opinions on the mods. No holding back. Hopefully these were mods of the prior owner and not the current customer! Otherwise if I was the customer that shipped you this game after installing those mods, I’d fell kind of dumb after you ripped me apart in your video!

Hmmm, I believe he is selling a service only and as such doesn’t need to collect taxes on his service. But if buys products with reseller ID, then resells the product he’ll have to collect sales tax from the end customer for the value of the product he sells and remit.

I think I’d rather pay the sales tax on the original product and not worry about reselling a product. Instead, just sell the non taxable service or “restoration”. Otherwise he has one more administrative headache with the state.
