Astounding work mate. I hope to one day own one of your pins. How many Sorcerers have you done?

Quoted from DefDumBlindKid:

I love Centaur. It reminds me of High School and my underachieving, acid dropping, metalhead friends. And seeing this beautiful example and knowing it is coming home to me, makes me feel all fuzzy inside.
Thanks, Chris looking amazing

Having just bought a beautiful machine that i followed in a restore thread on here i understand your excitement.

Your are indeed a lucky person.

Aaahhh a three wheeled skin remover.

Last year i bought a trail bike and started learning the skills i had from 40 years of road bikes all over again. Every time i walked into the pub all busted up someone would remind me that there there was a document i needed to read properly.
My birth certificate
I've stopped using the trail bike as i have found that pinball gives me about the same exercise without the chance of riding off a cliff.

Looks like good exercise mate.

What is the machine next to it in the last photo with the web?

You won't regret going sous vide for steaks (or beef ribs or seafood). If you like rare to med rare then try a big 2" thick fillet at 54C (129F) for 2 hours with a little olive oil salt and pepper and a crushed clove of garlic in the bag. Some thyme is good too.
Sear and serve to your friends and watch them tell you it's the best steak they have ever eaten.

I use a 20l (6 US gallon) drink esky with a hole in the lid for the Anova to sit; I can do up to 10 kilos (20Lb) of beef ribs at a time (36 hours @ 154F)

A 20 cent piece. I have a couple of them in my wallet, we don't do quarters.
