Quoted from High_End_Pins:Ij playfield is t nutted with new Reese rails installed.

Is Taylor making rails again? That would be good news. Used them for my Comet when I hardtopped it, they look great.

Quoted from dnapac:Have you ever done a Tommy with mirror blades? I was thinking of doing this, but your recent posts puts this in question. I don’t want it to be so tight it scratches the mirror blades too bad. Could the additional bumpers you have added protect them, or is the playfield to cab too tight for this? Thanks for your expertise.
If you do it I would suggest always sliding in some poster paper when raising and lowering. Been doing that with my rct since I put in the art blades and my Comet since it seems to have some scraping issues in the past.
Quoted from High_End_Pins:Sounds like fun. Would be a great way to get some free help maybe even have the helpers paying me.
Maybe run a "pinball camp" every so often. Could accommodate a few people at a time. Bet you'd have a waiting list.
Quoted from High_End_Pins:Over at the warehouse
Inventorying some new arrivals.
I thought you were going strickly to woodrails from now on???
Happy Birthday Marshall!
Has he ever had a Chocodile?
Basically a chocolate covered Twinkie. Good to know they're still available.
Quoted from High_End_Pins:It comes from the UK in a scary looking bottle but it is a great Imperial Stout.
That' a weird one, looks more like it came from the KKK. Could definitely see it raising some eyebrows.
Quoted from radium:But... your avatar...
Yeah, it has crossed my mind that somebody might get the wrong idea.
My wife just painted a couple rooms. I notice in the first one she did the screws are now all in various angles. In the one she just finished they're now all horizontal. Makes you wonder at what point did she start thinking "I should make these all horizontal".
Quoted from ToucanF16:AC repairs are never fun...
Sure they are. My last 3 issues were capacitor, capacitor, control board. Cost about $50 total. Since I did all the repairs myself I figure the money saved = money for new pinball machine. New pinball machine = FUN!
The pic above looks a little more expensive though. Sorry Chris.
Quoted from Pin-Pilot:startup and running capacitors go out a lot. Easy to replace.
Control board may be a little more.
Just looked it up, was cheaper than I remember, $24.80 at Amazon. I'm sure it's only a matter of time until my luck runs out though.
Quoted from High_End_Pins:Just what you would expect.
I was going to guess fish and beer, oh well.
Quoted from High_End_Pins:F-ng Cyclopes playfield is killing me.
Wow, I don't think I've ever heard you almost curse before!
Quoted from Latinfantom:Amazing work as always Chris. From the gorgeous job you did to my ToTAN years back, a perfect job on my BoP and now, the finest Funhouse in the land.
Congrats, looks amazing indeed!
Quoted from High_End_Pins:Glad to see Pinside back up and running.
After reading Robins post I am suspending this thread until it is stable again as I don’t want to drag things down.
Glad to hear that's the reason. I was worried for a minute.
Quoted from High_End_Pins:Thank you. We are working on it. Only a few days in the year can I get Marshall to spend some time with me. My birthday is always one of them. He is very regimented.

Happy Birthday! You guys still playing tennis at all?
Wow, I never new a cab could fit in the back seat of an Accord! Congrats on the SBM, sure is a beauty!
Quoted from High_End_Pins:Recleared the Airborne playfield once more. Should be good from there.

Always enjoyable to watch you work on something different!
Pinball Center ones look better, at least on the website pic. But the skin tone still looks off...
https://www.pinball.center/en/shop/pinball-parts/playfield-parts/plastics/8998/plastic-set-for-kiss
Quoted from Tophervette:Goodluck on getting anything out of pinball center. They do not ship to the US anymore. Zitt was getting parts for a while through a 3rd party, but after the last shenanigans, lost shipment, and many months of delay. He is calling it quits with them as well.
Yeah, I saw he's done for now. The few times I ordered from them I had them ship to a friend in Canada.
Is there really Saint Cloud? Patron saint of stoners maybe?
Enough hijacking, lets get back to high end closets!
HEP woodrail hit the market....
https://pinside.com/pinball/market/classifieds/ad/139837
Yup, would love to see more woodrails!
Quoted from High_End_Pins:Not mine.
I have only done one so far. It wasn’t that one.
False advertising eh? Do you typically notify the seller when things like this come up?
Quoted from punkin:They look really nice on there.
But will they look good with the shooter rod?
Quoted from High_End_Pins:Fixed Willies teeth and cleared some more IJ playfields.
Ever think your true calling might be orthodontry?
